Do you offer shipping to the US or internationally ?

Unfortunately, we are not equipped to ship to the US nor internationally yet! Make sure to keep an eye out on our Social Media and Website to know when we will be offering international shipping.

Which shipping/delivery services will be used to deliver my order?

We are currently using Canada Post and Purolator to ship and deliver our products throughout Canada.

How do I know the shipping fees on my order?

You can find out how much shipping fees will add up to in the checkout process. However, all orders over 100$ benefit from FREE shipping!

How much is the delivery time for my location?

Do you offer EXPRESS shipping?

Yes! We offer EXPRESS shipping throughout Canada (except QC) for an added fee.

What’s the ETA of my order if I pay for EXPRESS shipping?

Your order should arrive within 1-2 days for provinces nationwide (except QC).

How will my products be packaged?

Our products are pre-packaged in individual boxes!

How can I track my order?

We will provide you with a tracking number once the order is shipped. You will have to track your order on the shipping/delivery provider’s website

All orders over 100$ benefit of FREE standard shipping!

Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by adding your desired product to your shopping cart. Make sure to select the quantity you desire for each product you add to your cart.Whenever you are ready to checkout, simply click on the shopping cart icon to review your order and process payment!

How do I pay for my order?

You will be prompted to enter your billing information once you confirm your order through checkout. We currently accept payment through any major credit card providers (VISA, MasterCard, AmEx) or Paypal

Do you charge taxes?

Yes, the taxes will be calculated at the end of the checkout process before payment processing. Taxes are calculated considering you billing address.
